About me

I started my coaching education in 2014 at Strength Coach Certification, and two years later I focused on training clients during group and individual classes. A milestone in my coaching development was the completion of the most extensive in Poland, several-month-long course at the Academy of Strength Training in Wrocław.
For many years, strength training has been the foundation of my well-being and a passion that I successfully infect others with. It is also a great method of my personal rehabilitation after knee surgery and a proof of how important physical activity is in recovery.

In cooperation with my clients I focus primarily on full involvement in the process, proper selection of training methods for the assumed goal and full understanding of the needs and capabilities of every client. I specialize in strength training and kettlebell training, and when working with my clients, I work with people who train recreationally, who care about effective fat reduction, body recomposition, strength and health goals.

Above all, training should be functional, giving us the opportunity to take full advantage of life and engage in various activities. All this with a limited risk of injury or pain so that you can function independently and enjoy health for many years!

In my work the most important thing is to make you aware and effectively achieve your goals with the best use of available resources (e.g. time, financial, regenerative) and achieve them in a clearly defined time.

Besides, black blood flows in my veins - coffee! In addition to the time spent at the gym, I actively pursue my other passion and co-create the specialty cafe Bardzo. Interestingly, I have been practicing yoga - ashtanga for almost two years, which I also strongly encourage you to do!
