Why personal training?
Training is nothing more than continuous learning how to use your own body properly. In order for the whole process to be safe, effective and satisfying for you, it is worth having someone with you who will help you, guide you through the meanders of your body's biomechanics and, above all, motivate you to act!

About me
I started my coaching education in 2014 at Strength Coach Certification, and two years later I have focused on training clients during group and individual classes. A milestone in the development of my trainer career was the completion of the most extensive in Poland, several-month training program at the Academy of Strength Training in Wrocław. For many years strength training has been the foundation of my well-being and a passion that I successfully infect others with. It is also a great method of my personal rehabilitation after knee surgery and a proof of how important physical activity is in recovery.

A personal trainer is a person who has knowledge in the field of human physiology, biology, biomechanics, dietetics and sport, and in particular knows and uses scientifically tested training methods to achieve the best results in cooperation with clients. The trainer is also a motivator and support in the process of achieving individual goals.
Naturally, cooperation that includes regular individual training is a big investment and I know that not all of my clients can afford the comfort of several joint training sessions a week. I try to ensure that everyone who wants to achieve their goal and turns to me for help in this matter receives appropriate support tailored to their needs and possibilities - both time and financial.
